CANCELLATION POLICY

For booking purposes, Lincoln Park Massage Spa has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. A credit card will be required to reserve your appointment, and the spa must be notified no later than your appointment time, the day before if you need to make any changes. Failure to cancel will result in the full price of service being charged to your card.   For your convenience, canceled appointments may still be re-booked for just a $25 re-booking fee  (per cancelled appointment)

*Rescheduling on the day of the appointment is also a form of cancellation and will be charged accordingly.

**We currently cannot accept gratuities on credit cards, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
