SPA POLICIES

Gratuities
We currently cannot accept gratuities on credit cards, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Cancellation Policy
For booking purposes, Lincoln Park Massage Spa has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. A credit card (or gift certificate) will be required to reserve your appointment, and the spa must be notified no later than your appointment time the day before if you need to make any changes. Failure to cancel will result in the full price of service being charged to your card, or forfeiture of the certificate.   For your convenience, canceled appointments may still be re-booked for just a $25 re-booking fee  (per cancelled appointment)

(Note: Rescheduling on the day of the appointment is also a form of cancellation and will be dealt with accordingly.)

Tardiness
Due to booking, we cannot accommodate tardiness, nor can we refund or discount the service time missed. Therefore, we always ask that you arrive early to guarantee that you get the most out of your scheduled treatment time.

Facilities
Due to our being a neighborhood spa, , we currently do not have the space to install showers. We do, however, provide towels and a private bathroom, and your services will be book in a completely private room.

Personal Items
Lincoln Park Massage Spa provides all equipment necessary to perform all of our services, so you do not need to bring anything special with you. We do recommend that you leave valuables at home, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.
